Personality[]
Duke is generally a calm, cool, and collected guy. He can preform well under-presuure, and can take control of a situation. There are certain things and words that if mentioned to him he can completely lose it, and lash out. Whenever he makes desicions he is always looking to make the best desicion to help the group he is working with, and is an expert negotiator.
History[]
Duke was was the son of two mutants. These two mutants both descended from a long line of mutants, and when they married the two familes were united. The product of this marriage was Duke Palmer. Being the son of two mutants Duke's powers were heightened, and were breeded at a young age. As he grew he caught the attention of Dr. Xavier when his powers began to come in. He attended Xavier Insitute and was one of the best students. People were excited to see the heroic deeds he would accomplish as a superhero. He greatly appreciated Dr.Xavier, but believed he wasn't reach his full potential as a superhero, and he didn't think he would rise to high ranks among the X-Men. He then shocked the world with his desicion to join the Brotherhood of Mutants after his graduation. Duke was a very effective member of the Brotherhood of the Mutants almost immiedately after his entry. He was especially effective because he knew about the new X-Men recruits, and he gathered a lot of information about the X-Men's future plans while at Xavier Institue. After spending a few years with the Brotherhood of Mutants he was able to rise to the top, and became the leader of the criminal syndicate.

If he is not on planet earth he has a lot of trouble manipulating weather. Depending on his location Duke may have problems with his weather manipulation. Also when Duke's emotion stop working he can grow crazy and lose complete control of his powers.
